An interest in exploration of consciousness! We come together twice a month to sit or lay as you are guided into a meditation and bathed in some sound and healing insights!

Come along and be a part of awakening your extra sensory abilities. Meditation will support an array of things in your life. Bec’s main intention however is to deepen your connection to the non physical elements and experiences. Awakening and supporting the rememberance that you are more than a body and mind and that you can have a more magical and joy filled life once you awaken this WITHIN.
DIVINE GOD-DESS MANIFESTATION WORKSHOP
This is a workshop for men and women. Bec has been consciously manifesting and creating a life that aligns to her soul and who she truly is! She has been facilitating these workshops in Sydney and wanted to make it available to Port Stephens where she currently resides.
The day will include meeting amazing like minded people and sharing your intentions for being in the space. You will be provided with a journal to write down thoughts, insights, downloads and ‘aha’ moments. A sound bath and guided meditation is provided to take you deep into the space of connection with higher guidance and clearer insight.
Clearly identifying blocks and moving out of analytical mind will be some of the things discussed — The day will be insightful and joyful, peaceful and soulful !!
